When travelling to Canada in 1997, Keiichi, nicknamed KG, was greatly impressed with the untouched wildlife that he had never seen before. Being deeply moved, he began to think that he wanted to do something in the future, which related to the impressions of nature he was left with. Two years later, he finally decided to become a photographer, and visited Japanese national parks every weekend. He lived in Tasmania for 6 years and took nature photos of this beautiful island. At the same time, he met Sonja, the wife to-be of Marcos Ambrose, V8 Supercars Race Champion in 2004, and was hired as their wedding photographer. This was his turning point. After that, he still continues to take wedding photos. He now resides in Queensland, and his studio covers both Brisbane and Gold coast. Also he comes to Tasmania regularly, and still does his wedding jobs there. In 2008, he became a member of AIPP. And he developed his career more as a professional photographer.
